1. The service
BuildFlow AI is a web application for contractors that provides AI-assisted estimating, proposal generation, e-signature collection, invoicing, and payment collection, and (optionally) syncs payment data to a connected QuickBooks Online account.
2. Subscription & billing
BuildFlow AI is a paid subscription product — every account begins on a paid plan, and is backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. You can view your current plan, change it, or cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise at the time you cancel.
3. Payments to your customers
Where you use BuildFlow AI to collect payment from your own customers, that payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. BuildFlow AI charges a platform service fee on customer payments collected through the product, disclosed at the time of collection.
4. Third-party services
BuildFlow AI relies on third-party providers to operate: Supabase (application data and authentication), Stripe and PayPal (payment processing), Intuit QuickBooks Online (optional accounting sync), Anthropic (AI-generated estimate and proposal content), and Resend and Twilio (email and SMS delivery). Your use of BuildFlow AIis also subject to those providers' own terms where applicable.
5. AI-generated content
Estimates and proposal text generated with AI assistance are drafts for you to review before sending. BuildFlow AI does not represent that AI-generated content is legally compliant, state-certified, attorney-reviewed, or guaranteed accurate — you are responsible for reviewing and approving anything sent to your customers under your name.
